Dependable and knowledgeable! Another "master" plumber installed some pipe incorrectly even asked him to come back... multiple times to fix. He refused to admit his assistant messed up and said it was my problem. Bill came in and it was fixed within hours. I only wish we had him here initially. This company is a keeper. I’ve used them twice — first to install a new kitchen faucet and disposal and most recently... to repair a shower leak. Both times they were responsive and on time. Bill goes above and beyond to do whatever is needed. He’s also knowledgeable and does top notch work. When installing the new faucet and disposal he even rearranged the pipes etc to make more room for under the sink storage. A quality company and quality guy.read more

The man does good work. He has excellent communications. He will tell you what is involved in the job, and how long it... is going to take. He works hard and diligently. He replaced my compromised water heater quickly and was able to work around some challenges. He's been doing this for some time.
